A classic 1959 television commercial for the Kodak Starmite camera. A fairly decent commercial. FYI, in late 2009 money, the camera cost $US77.88 (see also: "David the Law Clerk")

Subject: Nice Camera
Got one for my birthday and it took great pics - including the ones I took on our trip to DC and Niagara Falls. The small flash bulb was a breakthrough. Took Verichrome Pan 127 film.

Reasonably decent commercial. It should be noted that this comes from a 21 October 1959 episode of "Ozzie and Harriet".

On a side note, I like this commercial.

Subject: we had one
My family got one when they appeared and we used it for many years. It was a good, reliable little camera.

Subject: Cool camera - how many megapixels?
According to Kodak's website, this camera was available from 1960 to 1963 at the MSRP of $10.50 and it used 127 size film.

Cool commercial...
